WA Premix
WA Limestone launched WA Premix in 2004 with the first concrete batch plant established in the regional city of Mandurah. The opening of the concrete production business was made possible due to the earlier acquisition of the Byford quarry (WA Bluemetal), which provided the business with an extensive supply of granite, a key ingredient of concrete. When launching WA Premix, Mandurah was experiencing a significant growth period with many of the canals, and associated housing, being built.
The commencement of the construction of the Perth-Mandurah Rail Line also proved instrumental to the development of the area. These prominent infrastructure projects made the town a perfect location to open the company’s first concrete plant to take advantage of the high volume of work in the area. Since then, WA Premix hasopened a further four plants including Bibra Lake (2006), Neerabup (2017), Bayswater (2019) and Cardup (2022). This portfolio of concrete batch plants allows the company to service the entire Perth Metropolitan region.

A proudly West Australian business that has been operating for more than 30 years, WA Premix have four concrete plants strategically located across Perth, more than 40 concrete agitator trucks, and a mobile concrete plant to service clients in regional and remote areas.
