Ocean Reef Marina Development
WA Limestone constructed 2.5 kilometres of breakwaters and revetments that extended up to 8 metres above sea level. All up, the project required 1.2 million tonnes of limestone core and granite-limestone armour rock.
This was sourced from the recovery of two existing seawall structures on site as well as drilling and blasting 800,000 tonnes of limestone.
Cut to fill 250,000 cubic metres of sand from the site and dredging of areas proposed for future boat pens and public recreation space.
